    Best for:

    • Multiple repairs in one visit

    • General property upkeep

    • Inside & outside maintenance together

    🔴 8-Hour Full Day

    Best for:

    • Larger maintenance lists

    • Property refreshes

    • Turnovers or neglected areas

    If you're unsure, book the closest option — we’ll review the job with you and adjust if

  • Only if:

    • Extra work is requested beyond the booked time

    • Materials or disposal are required

    We always discuss costs with you first.

  • Service blocks reserve dedicated time for your property. Any remaining time can be used for other small tasks while we’re on site.

  • Our service blocks include travel within our local service area. Jobs outside this area may incur a small travel charge.

  • We may take a deposit to secure your booking, with the balance due on completion or invoice.

  • We don’t carry out:

    • Structural or consented building work

    • Electrical, plumbing, or gas work beyond basic maintenance

    • Major renovations

    • Hazardous material removal

While most jobs are completed within set service blocks, we also provide clear hourly rates for smaller tasks and additional work.

Our rates reflect experienced, professional property maintenance — done properly, not rushed.

Hourly Rates (Transparent Pricing)

  • General property maintenance: from $75 per hour + GST
    (repairs, adjustments, minor fixes)

  • Outdoor & landscaping work: from $70 per hour + GST
    (lawns, hedges, outdoor upkeep)

  • Skilled repair work: from $95 per hour + GST
    (more detailed or time-intensive repairs)
