Service blocks reserve dedicated time for your property. Any remaining time can be used for other small tasks while we’re on site.

Our service blocks include travel within our local service area. Jobs outside this area may incur a small travel charge.

We may take a deposit to secure your booking, with the balance due on completion or invoice.

We don’t carry out:

• Structural or consented building work

• Electrical, plumbing, or gas work beyond basic maintenance

• Major renovations

• Hazardous material removal
